Welcome to HAURELEE. By accessing or using our website and digital book subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About HAURELEE

HAURELEE is a digital platform providing bilingual children's books (English and Spanish) through a monthly subscription. The service is operated from Peru.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. The reading content is intended for children and is meant to be accessed by parents or guardians on behalf of their children.

3. Account Registration

To access HAURELEE books, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

HAURELEE offers the following subscription options:

English Plan — access to all English-language books
Spanish Plan — access to all Spanish-language books
Bilingual Plan — access to all books in both languages

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees paid, whether for unused periods, partial months, or any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access to content continues until the subscription period ends.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All books, illustrations, text, audio, and other content on HAURELEE are the intellectual property of HAURELEE or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and read the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on HAURELEE without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
Scrape, copy, or systematically download content from the platform

9. TikTok Integration

HAURELEE uses TikTok's Content Posting API to publish promotional videos to its own official TikTok account. This integration is for HAURELEE's own marketing use only — it does not post content on behalf of individual users, and use of the platform complies with TikTok's Terms of Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep HAURELEE available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any disruption to the service.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove books and features at any time. The catalog of available books may change. Subscription prices may change with reasonable notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAURELEE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent month of subscription.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved under Peruvian jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of HAURELEE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
